About TRACE

Trace is a sweet boy that just wants to love and be loved. He lived with 2 adults, one child and two small dogs. Please offer to foster or adopt him and save his life. A volunteer writes: I can't do justice for the feeling I get when I'm with Trace by trying to describe it. He lays his full, nearly 70 pound body, across my lap and just melts onto me. He is the cuddliest big baby I've met and though I am sure he likes me a lot, I have a sneaky feeling he'll snuggle with just about anyone who will let him. Every time we are together, he leads me to a spot where we can relax and enjoy the weather and is just so thankful to be in the presence of his human friends...making being in a kennel a lot harder for him, no doubt. Trace was with his previous guardian for a month after they found him as stray. He was noted to be 'very affectionate and active.' He is friendly and outgoing with kids, dogs and strangers, and lived for that brief time with two small dogs. He likes to lay on pillows and 'he just likes to be with people.' Trace is available to a level 3 adopter with kids over the age of 13 due to some handling sensitivity. He has had chronic ear issues and is fearful when given ear drops.
