This sweet girl arrived at the shelter a stray, clearly unfamiliar with the streets or the scary, busy shelter environment. CASH has spent the better part of her first two weeks trembling, pancaking, pee'ing on herself when humans approach and flinching at the sound of the leash clasp when she is being readied for a walk. She has tried to be so brave, and when new shelter friends are calm and gentle with here, her body visibly loosens though she is still not able to bring herself to open her heart.
