Meet Pistachio! Hey, hi, howdy, hello! My name is Pistachio-though my friends call me Stachie-and I'm the last of my sisters still searching for my forever home. I was one of four girls in the 'Nutty Litter' (definitely nutty, not naughty!). My sisters Macadamia, Hazelnut, and Peanut have all found their families, and now I'm hoping it's my turn. At a little over a year old and around 60 pounds, I've officially earned my 'Big Floof' status. I'm spayed, house-trained, up to date on all my vaccines, and ready to find a family of my very own. As for my breed? Your guess is probably as good as mine! I'm a lovable mixed breed-what some people call a 'Heinz 57.' We think there may be some Shepherd in my family tree, but whatever combination created me, it resulted in one pretty wonderful dog. I absolutely love playing with my foster dog siblings and would be thrilled to have a canine companion in my forever home. Whether we're running around the yard, playing chase, or just hanging out together, I enjoy having furry friends by my side. The only thing that might rival my love of playtime is mealtime-but it's a very close competition! I'm also an active girl who enjoys getting out and exploring. Long neighborhood walks are one of my favorite activities, and I love joining my foster mom on runs. In fact, we've even completed a few local 5K events together! If you're looking for a walking partner, hiking buddy, or running companion, I'm always ready to lace up my imaginary sneakers and hit the road. After a fun day of adventure, I'm happy to settle in and spend time with my people. I have a sweet, affectionate personality and am ready to share all the love I have with a family of my own. I've watched each of my sisters find their forever homes, and while I'm so happy for them, I'm hoping my perfect match is just around the corner. Maybe it's you.
