For over a year, Carter has been living in a boarding facility after being saved from euthanasia - he came that close to never getting a second chance. But he made it out. He survived. And now he waits. He's been to countless adoption events. Every time, he wags his tail, eyes sparkling with hope, watching dog after dog get chosen. And every time, Carter is the one left behind. No applications. Not even one. But still��%BD'��%BD| he hopes. Carter adores his walks. He gently carries his toys like they're priceless treasures. He's calm, sweet, and incredibly loyal.
