THE RIVERSIDE SHELTER IS EUTHANIZING ADOPTABLE DOGS AT AN ALARMING RATE AND WE DO NOT WANT THIS SWEET GIRL TO BECOME ANOTHER STATISTIC LIKE THE OTHERS! BEAUTIFUL, SWEET AND PETITE ZARA' IS AVAILABLE TO ADOPT TO A LOVING, RESPONSIBLE HOME, OR TO RESCUE, ALTHOUGH RESCUE GROUPS WOULD NEED A FOSTER TO SAVE! Meet ZARA who is listed as a 3 Year old female chow who weighs only 41 lbs and is perfectly sized. The sheller tells us she has no behavior or medical issues noted, and sent us a nice video showing she enjoys being pet and is social. However, she ideally should go to a home familiar with the breed. They also said, Zara 'came in as a stray with A #1857859 (Male terrier) - she is kenneled with 2 others that she was not impounded with (#A1790330 and #A1856222).' Unfortunately, because the shelter is so full, she sadly can be euthanized for space once she has met her legal retention.
