She was one of the last to be rescued from an uncaring resident who allowed bunnies to breed and escape his backyard.. Aniani is a beautiful Hawaiian name appropriate for the beauty I see in this often overlooked type of rabbit--a REW--or red-eyes white. Aniani was scared upon arrival but within a few days she showed her trust by licking my hand profusely. She knew she was safe, loved and cared for. She always submits her head for pets when I pass by her bunny enclosure. Or, she will beg for treats. She is a docile, lovely rabbit who deserves a life in a real home, not a rescue home. Give this girl a chance to steal your heart and she'll provide you a lifetime of loyalty and bunny kisses. Her estimated date of birth is May 2024. Aniani should start out living in an exercise pen (x-pen) otherwise known as a puppy pen. She can have that as her home base or transition to a room or a section of a room or free roaming. A cage/hutch is not recommended unless the door is open and an x-pen can be placed around it. Please be over 21 if inquiring about a rabbit. Aniani can be seen by appointment in Lake Elsinore after a questionnaire is completed or a phone consultation conducted. On adoption day, plan to spend approximately one hour at the rescue going over paperwork and general rabbit care information.�%A0 PLEASE consult with the rescue before you purchase rabbit supplies so you can be directed to the least expensive and most appropriate rabbit essentials, especially if you've never had the pleasure of owning a rabbit!
