DINKY is a 3 year old, 8.6 pound Maltipoo looking for a loving home! DINKY is a sweet little guy who's still learning to trust and adjust to life in a home. He's a bit skittish and not much of a cuddler just yet, but he absolutely loves to run and play outside. He's especially happy to play games of chase with his dog friends! While he doesn't seem interested in toys, DINKY does enjoy bully sticks. He gets along great with all the other dogs in his foster home. We believe he would do best in a home with another small dog for companionship and play. He has not been kid or cat-tested. DINKY is not yet potty trained or pee pad trained, and he tends to mark, so he'll need a patient family willing to work with him on housetraining. He knows how to use the doggy door, but doesn't quite understand it's for going outside to potty. He is also not least trained and does require a fenced yard. At night, and when his foster mom leaves the house, DINKY stays in a large puppy pen with his foster siblings. He is very underweight right now, with visible ribs and spine, but he's been dewormed and is on high-protein food to help him gain weight. His next deworming dose is scheduled for May 30. DINKY is still settling in and learning the ropes, but with time, love, and consistency, he has the potential to blossom into a wonderful companion. If you're looking for a sweet pup with lots of potential and a heart ready to bond, DINKY could be the one for you.
