Hannibal is an absolute sweetheart. He is a bonded dog which means once he has his human he wants to be with you always. Hannibal loves to hoard soft stuffed toys and just cuddle. He will be shy at first and may take some time to warm up. Hannibal has not been around many small children but when he has he just kept to himself. Sadly, Hannibal's dad was put into a care facility where he could not take him. He is looking for his new best friend.
