About Boots

Boots is a sweet and loving Great Pyrenees-Golden Retriever mix. She adores belly rubs and playtime. Loves the outdoors, especially when it's snowing. Does love to run, so she needs access to dog park or a fenced backyard.At only three, she has a lot of energy, so she would do best in a home, where she can get regular exercise. Her Pyrenees half makes her suspicious of strangers, and she will bark anytime she believes her pack is in danger. She's also protective of her family, so new people must be introduced slowly. She abslutely loves other dogs and makes new friends at the dog park and doggie daycare regularly. Boots is a big girl at 85 pounds, and she will test dominance to see where she ranks in the pack. She would do best with at least one dominant individual in the household. Her Golden Retriever side makes her extremely affectionate and somewhat eager to please. She loves to hang out wherever the rest of the pack is and will sleep on the couch or bed if allowed.
