Otto may be small, but this fluffy little guy has enough personality to fill an entire house! At just about 15 pounds, this adorable Maltese mix is playful, spirited, affectionate, and delightfully full of sass. For Otto, life is meant to be FUN. He loves playing with his doggie friends, racing around doing zoomies, investigating anything that looks remotely interesting, and generally keeping himself busy with very important little-dog business. He enjoys affection too, but he's also perfectly happy having a little independence and doing his own thing. One of Otto's favorite things is other dogs. He loves having canine buddies to play and socialize with, and a dog-friendly home could be a wonderful fit for this social little guy. He's looking for people who appreciate his big personality and will give him the consistency, patience, and positive guidance that help him thrive.
