About AK

Meet AK, a 1 1/2 YO, 60 lb precious girl who is playful and energetic with a sweet and sometimes shy side. She was abandoned at her home with her Pit Bull mother when her owners left out with AK's German Shepherd father and a smaller dog leaving mother and daughter to fend for themselves for days. AK has the most beautiful and soft coat and loves to be petted and cuddled. She can climb over a 6-foot fence and only does so to find her owners if they're not with her. She's doing very well in her training to an electric fence. Proper containment or monitoring is essential if she's outside and not with her owners. AK is looking for a loving home where she can be spoiled for the rest of her life and have plenty of opportunities to run, hike, walk, and thrive! AK loves car rides and walks well on a leash.
