About Whopper

Hi there, I'm Whopper-a 6-year-old caramel and white Husky mix with dazzling blue eyes and a heart full of love. I'm a mellow guy who's happiest when I'm cuddled up next to my favorite human. Seriously, snuggles are my love language! I used to have a yard to play in, and I really miss that freedom. These days, I'm living in an apartment where the little kids aren't always so kind-they chase me with carts, and it's made me a bit nervous. I'm a gentle soul, and I just want a peaceful place where I feel safe and loved. I'm housebroken-if I need to go out, I'll tap the doorknob with my nose to let you know. No crate needed for me! I sleep soundly on my dog bed, though fair warning-if there's paper lying around, I might give it a little nibble. What can I say? I'm curious! I get along well with other dogs, especially those my size or smaller. Big dogs make me a little shy-I'll try to hide if I feel overwhelmed. I've also lived with cats and small pups for over two years and was nothing but gentle with them. Walks? Love them! I do pull a bit on the leash, especially when I spot something fun like a squirrel or a duck (they're just so exciting!). I'm working on it, though, and I'm a smart boy who wants to please. I know how to sit, lay down, and shake, and I take treats like a gentleman. What I dream of most is a forever home with a yard to explore, a few smaller furry friends, and kind humans who'll cuddle up with me at the end of the day. I've got a lot of love to give and can't wait to find my person-the one who'll let me be the sweet, loyal companion I was always meant to be. Could that be you?
