About Lilo

My name is Lilo, and I am quietly hoping someone out there has space in their heart and maybe their home for a dog like me. I was born on Maui and adopted into a loving family. I learned commands like sit, stay, place, side, and no. I will walk calmly by your side and know how to behave off-leash in my yard. I am gentle, affectionate, and especially great with kids, I grew up with my owners nieces and nephews from birth. When my owner passed away, his son took care of me with love for two years. Now, due to housing limitations, he's facing the painful decision to help me find a new home. I enjoy short walks, cuddle time, and being near people. I get scared during thunderstorms, but a comfort shirt and a little help keep me calm. I'd do best in a cat free home. I weigh around 65-75 lbs. I love to play with other dogs and meet new friends. I come from love, and I still have so much left to give. I hope someone out there sees me. With hope, Lilo I have an adoption fee posted as I have been guided to do so. The donation will go towards her final vet check in before I re home her.
