When Ringo was discovered tied up in front of the Friends of Yonkers Animal Shelter back in December, we were confident that he would be a fast adoption. Why wouldn't he be? Young, handsome, and a nice size, he's very affectionate, quite young, and friendly. He didn't seem to be affected by the dogs walking past him; however, he may prefer being the only pet in his own home. Here it is five months later and Ringo still has no home This sweet guy just needs a little understanding - he likes his food and toys to himself, so he'd do best in a home without small kids and with someone who's had large dogs before. Give him some space when he's eating or playing, and he'll give you tons of love in return! Our best guess is that Ringo is a pit/Rottie mix. For more info, text 201-981-3215.
