About Joey

Joey is a six month white, Maltese mix who weigh 8lbs. He was an owner surrender along with his family. Joey is a bit shy at first,but improving. He loves to be held, (once you pick him up). Joey will need lots of love, patience and puppy training. This little guy is so sweet and wants to be loved. Very tender. We wanted to share some additional information about little Joey Maltese. He was examed by our wonderful vet Dr Marano on Friday. Joey arrived with the little family of six as an owner surrender. Joey weighed 7.8lbs and is only six months old. Joey is a tender, little soulful puppy who will grab your heart. During his exam, it was noted Joey has some medical issues at a young age. Joey has a heart murmur and he also has a luxating patella in one of his back legs. We wanted potential adopters to be aware of these conditions. He appears healthy now, but Joey could be special needs down the road. At some point in his life, he may require heart meds. Please keep him in your thoughts. He is a baby and we want to find him a wonderful, Loving family who is aware of future issues. Thank you.Adoption fee is $300.00
