About Taz

Taz is only 6 months old. 35#, up to date on vaccines and heart worm negative (on prevention). He is too young to be neutered. However, we have an appointment in late spring early summer (included in adoption fee). He LOVES other dogs, and children. He is very friendly and playful. He's learning to walk on the leash and is house trained. He is also good in a crate. Taz was left outside to freeze and a neighbor picked him up so that he wouldn't die! The original owners surrendered him once criminal charges for abuse/neglect were issued and so Taz found himself safe in a shelter. Unfortunately, the shelter is overcrowded, and although he's healthy, young, social, friendly, affectionate and lovable, dogs that are there the longest are euthanized first.
