About Rizzi Roo

Rizzi Roo is ready for her new home! She is a Miniature Dachshund/Pug mix, 10 years old (birthday 12/10/2014), spayed, microchipped and weighs 17lbs. She is super friendly, will bark at newcomers at first but quickly settles down and wants to be petted and loved. She is an active girl who enjoys walks (great on leash) as well as a good nap. Rizzi loves to play with her stuffed toys, chomp on a chewy, lay in the sun, and snuggle. She is very affectionate and gentle and readily gives and receives love. She has had regular vet care, vaccines and preventatives, but does have a grade 1-2 heart murmur, though that doesn't stop her! She is a spunky little love bug who does great with women, but does not like men too much. She would be OK with men visiting but would be best living with women only. She's a perfect companion for a senior! Rizzi would also be best as the only dog in the home as she would love to have all of your attention to herself!
