About Athena

Athena is a cuddle bug, a goofball, and in need of a loving home. She does best in big groups of people that can all give her a lot of love. She is a big dog who believes she's about 10 los and will always be trying to scoot in closer for a snuggle. She does well with small/toy breed dogs but is not suited for a home with any other larger breeds. She does well with cats, children, reptiles (you name it!) and is completely housebroken. All she is looking for is a family who can give her the love and attention she deserves. I have enjoyed being Athena's owner for 5 years, and she has been my honorable best friend. She's a bit fearful at first but is quick to warm up and has brought me tremendous joy. The reason I am re-homing her is that because of her fearful nature (and controversial breed), she has been difficult to travel cross-country with. I am relocating abroad and will not be able to bring her with me. She needs a loving home, preferably with lots of company.
