Despite his rough start, Otis has grown into one of the sweetest, most loving dogs you could ever hope to meet. This friendly boy adores couch snuggles, and if you let him, he'll happily curl up in your lap all day long. He's great with other dogs, wonderful with kids, and greets every human he meets with a bright, happy face and nonstop tail wags.
