About POPEYE

I was returned after being adopted only a couple weeks because I didn't do well living the trucker life in a big rig and didn't like the cats. The first time I was here I was wiggly, playful and happy but this time I am alert, nervous and cautious. I loved playing in the yard doing 'zoomies' and getting treats. I will sit, shake and I obey with the word no. This place is loud, and scary so please allow me time to decompress. A rescue must pull me and a foster must step up so I can have a chance to live. I was a sweetheart when I arrived but seemed to decline in here (shelter scares me)
