About Lex

(DOB 07/11/2022) Lex is a joyful, energetic Australian Kelpie with a heart as big as his smile! Just under 3 years old, Lex is a social butterfly who adores being around people, kids, and other dogs. Whether he's playing with a canine buddy, going for a hike, cruising in the car, or strolling through the neighborhood, Lex is all about fun-and he brings it with him everywhere he goes. Lex is potty trained and crate trained, but requires a strong airline crate if he needs to be crated. Given the choice, he'd much rather be lounging on the bed or snuggling up on the couch. Lex would thrive in a home with a fenced yard and another dog to keep him company. If he's flying solo as the only dog, he'll need a family where someone is home most of the day-he'd be the perfect companion for someone who works from home. Lex isn't a fit for homes with cats. With his happy energy, loyal nature, and love for adventure, Lex is ready to be the heart of his forever home. As part of Lex's $300 adoption fee, he is neutered, microchipped, up to date on vaccines, and current on his monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventatives.
