About Nemo

Nemo is an active young boy who was saved from euthanasia on his last day in a rural NC shelter. He was adopted for a brief period of time, but the family couldn't handle his energy level. Our rescue sent him to bard and train and he has 'graduated' and is ready for a family of his own! Nemo is approximately 2.5 years old and weighs about 55-60 pounds. He is an active and very smart young dog and will need an experienced dog owner. He will also need either a fenced yard or someone who can keep him busy and active by walking him daily. We recommend that Nemo be the ONLY DOG in the home due to his selective opinion of other dogs. Nemo would be great for someone who is active and who can physically keep up with him and keep him busy! Toys and puzzles are a good way to occupy him.
