About Roxie

Looking for the perfect balance of playful and laid-back? Roxie is your girl! Roxie isn't your typical pittie mix-her DNA test revealed she's 37% Husky (plus a fun mix of other breeds!). She came to us last year from the streets of Dallas, Texas, where she arrived with her pups in tow. Now about 5 years old, spayed, fully vetted, and officially heartworm free, Roxie is ready for her happily-ever-after. This sweet, happy girl loves to play and already knows her basics-she's a real smarty pants! She gets along well with other dogs and kids, but would do best in a cat-free home. Roxie is thriving in her foster home in upstate NY, but she's waiting for a forever family to call her own. All of our animals are examined by a veterinarian, given age-appropriate vaccinations, de-wormed, microchipped, spayed or neutered, heart-worm tested, and treated if necessary. Vet references and a home/family visit are required, and an adoption fee applies. Transport options are available within our area of operation, including Pennsylvania, the tri-state area, and New England. Please note we do not adopt animals into Canada.
