Meet Bear Handsome Bear is a Wheaten Terrier mix who has been waiting patiently for his forever family for over 2 years. Now about 5 years old, he originally came to us when his owner could no longer care for him. Since then, Bear has learned a lot, but he's still searching for that very special home. �Ϭ A little about Bear: Big, strong boy at ~65 lbs Needs a secure fenced-in yard (no leash walks for this guy!) Must be in a cat-free home Has separation anxiety, so he'd thrive with someone home most of the time Loves being close to his person and will be your loyal shadow ��%90%BE Bear will need patience, structure, and a slow introduction to help him adjust and succeed. We know his unicorn home is out there, and until then, he's safe, happy, and loved with us. ���� Our animals are examined by a veterinarian, given age-appropriate vaccinations, de-wormed, microchipped, spayed or neutered, heart-worm tested, and treated if necessary. Vet references and a home/family visit are required, and an adoption fee applies. Transport options are available within our area of operation, including Pennsylvania, the tri-state area, and New England. Please note we do not adopt animals into Canada.
