About Charlotte

Courtesy Post: Owner Surrender/Rehoming- Ajax, ON Charlotte is an 2 year old Australian Shepherd/Border Collie mix and weighs 52 lbs. She is spayed, microchipped, up to date on shots, and on heartworm prevention. Charlotte is fearful of strangers! She is good with children and dogs! She hasn't been tested around cats. She is housebroken, but isn't crate-trained. Charlotte bit the next door neighbor's child. Charlotte was 10 months old when this happened. The bite incident occurred because the owner had a shared porch with their neighbor. The neighbor's daughter was going inside of their home and Charlotte was barking at her from behind. The girl swiped and Charlotte bit her. A week later, Charlotte was tied up in the yard. A woman was pulling a wagon. Charlotte pulled the chain out of the ground and chased the woman. Due to these instances, she has to be walked with a muzzle. The owner is surrendering her because of personal health issues. She needs to find a new furever home as soon as possible! If you think you can provide a great home for Charlotte, please contact the owner listed below. There is a $100 rehoming fee to assure good folks with good intentions. This fee will be donated to Australian Shepherds Furever for their assistance in placing Charlotte.
