Hello, my name is Cecil. I am a very kind and gentle young man around a year old. I was found as a stray and never claimed. I am a good boy and i like to go for walks or just sit by you while you relax. I wish I had a home to call my own. My foster mom is feeding me because she thinks I am skinny. I weigh about 12 lbs. I hope to find someone to love me. I will be neutered, microchipped, and have a current rabies.
