About BEULAH

BEULAH is a Beagle! She is very sweet & friendly / Indoor only / Not spayed / No vetting (but I have an appointment to get her vetting & spay surgery done and it will be done before she is adopted). * I have a 77 year old woman who I consider a very dear friend of mine. Her name is Racheal. I met her a few years ago when a very emaciated dog was Code Red at the city pound and she outright adopted her and nursed her back to health. She named her Maggie Hope. Maggie Hope passed away not too long ago, but knew nothing but love and comfort in her time with Racheal. She has saved MANY homeless animals and helped rescues by fostering, and also donating to them, not to mention to me! She is a wonderful and loving woman who is ALL about animals and their welfare and would just as soon feed them, than herself! She also feeds (and I've met and seen them) several neighbors' dogs - dogs who are not well cared for or taken care of by their own owners. I am trying to help her find a rescue for 5 of them and she has 7 of her own, most are now seniors. They are her love and her life. And, I want to help her. Rachel is in very poor health and I am trying to make sure her babies are taken care of. Beulah, along with several of her other babies, were dumped on her. People would always go to her knowing she would never say no to an animal.
