Ah, the life of a patient puppy girl! Waiting for affection like a pro, I'm practically a master in the art of subtle hints. I mean, why bark for attention when a well-timed puppy-dog-eyes look does the trick, right? It's all about playing it cool, taking the back seat, and waiting for love to come to me like a treat dispenser on paws. I'm like a furry zen master, spreading patience and love vibes wherever I go. So, if you're looking for a low-maintenance, deserving of love pup who's all about the waiting game, look no further - I'm your girl! ��%90%BE��ե Hi, I'm Piper, an 18 pound 8 month old purebred Poodle puppy. Purebred per report and appearance; no DNA tests for breed or health have been run. I am a rescue dog. I am fostered in Linn County, about an hour from Eugene, Corvallis, Salem, Sisters. I'm 1.5 hours from Bend and 2 from Portland and Newport. My rescue people will meet part way if they are able, but if you are coming about two hours for your new family member, we may ask you to come all the way. I am a lovely mannered, gentle, sweet puppy girl. I am quiet, playful with another playful dog, and I love affection but I tend to wait until it is offered. I need a home in which folks understand dogs that take the back seat and do not ask for much. I still deserve love, pets and affection, I just patient love to make me my most confident, beloved self. I love outdoor activities like walks in the woods, time in the yard and time spent on the river. I do well with other dogs but I don't think I'd like rough play from large dogs. I ride well in a car, walk well on leash, I know sit and I am off leash recall trained. I know 'Sit' and I am off leash recall trained. I am seeking warm, loving, rescue savvy folks who will let me on the furniture, let me sleep on the bed (I'm not a bed hog) and who will give me all the love I've deserved and not gotten. I've lived in two apartments, I've been over-crated, I've had my name changed, and I've been passed off on craigslist and FB. Like all rescue dogs, I deserve patience and love. I will come spayed, vaccinated, micro-chipped, on flea, tick, heartworm prevention, de-wormed. My adoption fee is $700. A great home and must haves for Piper include: 1. An owned or stable renter home with a securely fenced yard. Folks not gone long hours. 2. Adopters who treat me as a family member, include me in their fun activities and will let me be a real dog that runs around and might get dirty. 3. Folks who know what grooming cost and have and will spend the money. Please have experience with a dog that needed grooming or have done your research. People who will take me for walk every day. 4. Folks who will let Piper stay loose in the house. She was crated too much as a puppy and she does not need to be crated. 5. People who care about great nutrition for dogs. 6.
