He was adopted from a reputable breeder 7 years ago who no longer breeds Weimaraners so can't take him back. His owner has had several life changes forcing her to downsize housing and be gone longer hours leaving Kong alone. He grew up with a Black Labrador brother who passed away. His owner thinks a better more attentive home will be better for him and because he is alone way too much. It breaks her heart but she feels it is best for Kong to have a family or person who is home for him to give him the time and love he deserves. Kong is a neutered male on the smaller size who came from a reputable Breeder who stopped breeding Weimaraners a few years ago. Kong's parents are OFA certified and both are known purebred Weimaraners. (rare in rescue to know background) He has a docked tail and is neutered. He is reliably house trained and ready to adopt as soon as he is vetted and his vaccines are all updated. He was not raised around small dogs or children but has been around both with no problems. He knows Sit, Roll, and Leave it. Will some times reach out with his paw and tap you when wants attention. He knows what a cat with from the inside of a window only.
