I adopted Cyrus at 7 months old from the SPCA in October 2023. He quickly presented with severe upper respiratory issues. Diagnosed with FIV, we had him on famciclovir which unfortunately did not help. Due to his severe FIV, which presents as sneezing + nasal discharge, I realized his medical condition was much greater than I anticipated. He is sweet, cuddly, silly and so playful. I'm saddened to have to rehome him, but he would do better with a family that understands his issue and can handle it much better than we can. He was born with symblepharon of one eye, but that causes no issues for him. It's part of his charm.
