Meet CHARLIE! CHARLIE is super sweet FEMALE chi mix, about 6 years old and weighs about 18 lbs. CHARLIE just longs to be someone's companion. She is fantastic with other dogs. She'll play with playful dogs and chill with chill dogs. Her absolute favorite thing is to be right by her human's side. CHARLIE has EXCELLENT house manners.
