I'm a 3 year old boy who weighs about 75lbs. I have a lot of love to give and seek out all of the affection from my people. I've got a big personality, am super GOOFY and so much fun! I'm known for being a bigtime snuggler, too. I'm looking for a home where I can be someone's constant companion. I'm not looking for a home where I will be left alone all day. I'm a fun guy who likes to be a part of the action! Although I can be anxious in new places at first, I settle in really nicely. I have been out with volunteers who have said I did great in the house. I even slept in a bed and loved it so much! I usually follow my people around wherever they go. I met kids nicely, and even made best friends with a big kid! (15 yr) I meet new people well too. I visited a home with cats and was VERY interested in them. As common with my husky breed, I would most likely do best with no cats. I've gotten along with many dogs, but not all of them. I prefer female playmates, but have gotten along with a couple males. It really depends on the dog. When we get along, I am very playful. I'll need to meet any potential pals. He's fixed, vaccinated, microchipped and up to date on parasite preventatives. He is $175 to bring home! If you are interested, please call the shelter at (541) 474-5458. You can view more adoptable pets at www.jocoshelter.com/adoptions . Walk-ins are welcome, however we highly recommend calling first to check on availability and location (some animals may be offsite or unavailable). Appointments are recommended to reduce wait times, especially for dogs. Thank you! Please prepare to tell the staff about yourself and your family, the city in which you live, your family dynamic, other pets, your fenced yard- and what else will help identify your family as a good match. Do not ask via email if the animal is available. Please call the shelter for the most up-to-date information about this dog. Please check the Josephine County FB page for recent - 'dog's day out video' clips.
