I adopted Bailey when she was six weeks old, she is now seven years old. Due to extensive ongoing work travel and return to office, I am not able to be with her as often as she deserves which is resulting in a lot of separation anxiety. She really wants to be around a person and not at doggie daycare (current situation). Ideal living conditions for a happy Bailey: Someone home with her, someone that either works from home or wants company throughout the day. She likes to cuddle and snuggle, used to being on furniture and will want to sleep next to you. She appreciates a yard where she can potty and have a zoomie or two. Usually fairly low energy. She is okay with other small dogs but not likely a good companion for a cat owner. Describe Bailey: Loving and loyal. Snuggley and cuddley. A great napper. No history of biting. Generally low energy. Not much of a barker, unless someone unknown approaches or a delivery at the door. Not aggressive unless a dog confronts or charges her.
