Her son and daughter in law brought Fred into their home; however, their 2 English bulldogs that they have keep viciously attacking him - everyday. This is urgent. Although Fred is 12 years old, he has vitality and healthy as a puppy. Free to a loving qualified home. Fred has some submissive wetting issue which may have to do with the dogs and his fear of them.
