Looking for a new fur-ever friend? Look no further than Kevin! This adorable guy is friendly, affectionate, playful, smart, and athletic--he's basically the total package! Kevin is a young adult, mixed breed dog who weighs about 50 pounds. Kevin loves to give kisses and meet new human friends. He enjoys going on walks and exploring new places, and he's always up for an adventure. Kevin is an active boy who adores romping with the other dogs in his foster home. We don't foresee him having any problem getting along with kids but he may not be able to live with cats. with cats. If you are ready for a really good dog to accompany on your summer adventures or to hang out in the backyard, Kevin could be the one for you! Augusta Dog Adoptions is a 501c3, foster- based rescue. We take applications online and schedule adoptions in Waynesboro, VA. A $175.00 adoption fee ($300 for puppies under 6 months old) helps us take care of all the dogs we rescue. We also have reduced or waived adoption fees for many seniors, dogs with speciall medical or behavioral needs and other 'slow to adopt' dogs. All dogs are spayed/neutered, tested for heartworm and tick borne diseases (if old enough), microchipped, and vaccinated for rabies (if old enough), distemper/parvo and bordetella. They are also treated for internal and external parasites. Many dogs also receive extensive medical care such as dental work and major surgeries.
