About Canary winged bee bee

I've had this bird for 1 1/2 years, bought it from petsmart for $400. I don't have the time to give him/her the attention he/she requires and desires. She is kind when I spend ample time with him/her regularly but he/she has gotten bitter and nippy lately. This bird needs someone to bond and work with and then will resume a pleasant temperament. I'm asking a fee as I spent $200 on the cage recently in addition to multiple expenses. Very beautiful and cute bird.
