#Gentle #Cuddly & oh so #Sweet, Ladies & Gentlemen meet #Alex from the Charlie's Angels Litter. She was born on 02/12/24 and is a #Lab/ #AmericanStaffordshireTerrier mix. This little nugget is the definition of 'I'm Just Happy To Be Here!' Alex honestly just loves love and craves human companionship. All she wants in life is to be by her humans side. Alex is the complete package for any family, as she does phenomenal with other dogs of all sizes, kids of all ages and even loves cats. She's hands down the sweetest girl that you'll ever meet. She is gentle, playful and loves to give kisses. Alex loves to wrestle with her 2 sisters, enjoys cuddling with her kitty cat, is obsessed with toys, is always up for trying new yummy treats, and loves to play with kids. Alex is currently 95% potty pad trained and is 100% crate trained. She's incredibly smart and very food motivated. Alex is currently working on her basic commands. ***Adoption Requirements: #NoExceptions*** - Fenced in Yard Required (Invisible Fences are Accepted- Must Be Able To Prove) - No Apartments - All animals in the home MUST BE Fixed, Up to date on Vaccines (Rabies, DHPP, Lepto, Bordetella), up to date Fecal Test, yearly Heartworm Test and prescribed Heartworm Prevention (This is a Prescription) year round. Her adoption fee is $400, plus an additional $100 security deposit that will be reimbursed within 45 days of the adopter showcasing proof of spay/neuter. Her adoption fee will include her 1st round of DHPP, Bordetella, & Lepto vaccines; Deworming; Microchip; & a Fecal Test. The puppies will be adopted out on a spay and neuter contract where the puppies 'MUST BE FIXED' on or before their 6 month birthday. It will be mandatory that their prospective adopter has their spay/neuter appointment booked with their vet prior to finalizing the adoption. Failure to not have the puppy fixed by their 6 month birthday will result in the puppy being confiscated without a court order as listed in our contract.The puppies are currently on both flea & tick, as well as heartworm prevention. They are currently being fostered within the Metro Detroit area.
