Fee to cover neuter costs. We picked him up as a stray last August. He was running after cars. He had a ripped ear and was intact. We assumed he escaped a local puppy mill. Sweet young boy. No one claimed him locally so after a month of posting, we kept him. We wanted to wait for his growth plate to finish growing, for neuter, but, When He started challenging our big male LGD dogs, We quickly had him neutered. It's still persisting.... But our large female has started to protect him and the fights are brutal, and one sided because she's young and the other boys are seniors. He's the instigator. We love him, but he's causing our old boys a lot of stress.and injuries . As well as us. We too are seniors. He would do well with an active young person, And maybe a female dog. He likes friendly cats. He's very smart and a good boy. Just keeps challenging the old boys. We think he'd do well with button training. He's very verbal and whiny when trying to communicate. He gets excited if you guess correctly as to what he's been trying to communicate. He is an escape artist and needs a good solid fence. We have two acres fenced in for them and he still manages to get out We haven't seen him climb over, but he has found different areas where he managed to get through. He's always come home, but he does follow that nose and you know where he is by the bellow. He's one of the sweetest and smartest dogs we've ever had live with us. He's hard not to love.
