About CALI

MEET CALI, a stunning and regal female fawn Doberman, in need of a foster or forever home. Fawn Dobies often have an exotic, hypnotic beauty - and Cali is just like that! She looks like she came from a magical world. Her full name (Calista) also means 'most beautiful' and that is surely the case with this pretty girl. This sweet and gentle 6-year-old girl (paperwork says 7 but we think she's younger) was recently rescued from a California shelter. She was likely used for breeding and then dumped by her previous people. The shelter experience was also a scary one for her. She walks really well on a leash but is afraid of loud noises, so she'd do the best in a quiet home with a single person, a couple or a family. Cali is wonderful with other dogs and a total sweetheart with people. She is calm, quiet and patient. She loves people and other dogs, too. Cali is affectionate, and loves to give kisses! She's also a happy dog who wags her tail enthusiastically when she sees her people. Cali has a moderate energy level and would be content even without enormous amounts of exercise. She just wants someone to love! Cali weighs 66 lbs., and is in excellent health. Cali is still in California, but can be transported to you in Oregon or Washington. Please email for an application.
