About Kylo

LOCATION: Arlington, Texas DOB: 03/19/2022 (Estimate) Meet Kylo! This gorgeous brindle Daniff mix just turned 1 year old in April. He has a very sad past, and came to rescue emaciated (32 pounds) and sick. After some TLC, antibiotics, and LOTS OF GROCERIES- this guy is now fully vetted (70 pounds and growing!) and ready for his forever home! Kylo LOVES other dogs and would love a home with another large dog to play with. He's still very much a puppy and doesn't know his size- so large dogs would be best. He currently lives with cats and he respects them when they tell him to go away. He's housebroken, kennel trained, good on a leash, and knows some basic commands. He would make a great watchdog and he loves to patrol the home and yard. This being said, he can take a few minutes to warm up to new people, but once he knows that you're friendly- you have a friend for life! He does well with older children but gets easily overwhelmed by toddlers. He had a tough past and so needs space sometimes. He's not aggressive at all, he just gets scared easily. He LOVES toys and can entertain himself very easily if you work from home. He loves stuffies and Lumabones! He also lives with a pool and hasn't fallen in (yet!). He does like water, and got into a friend's pool recently! He's a Velcro Dane, and loves to be with his people. He's a talker when he plays, both with people and animals. He is also a snuggle-butt!
