About Gretel

Gretel is a small 10 week old Schnauzer/Border Terrier who was found in the woods with her brother Hansel. It was a rough start but after a few weeks in her foster home she has really blossomed. She is quiet, mellow, and sweet-natured, but will also play, play, play if invited to. She enjoys wrestling with her brother, tugging and cuddling with humans, and long naps in her crate. Crate training and housetraining is in the works, and she's getting lots of exposure to new stuff, sounds, strangers, etc--so important for these baby puppies. Gretel would do best in a home that can provide lots of play, walks, and cuddles, but not too much craziness and unpredictability as she is (currently at least) a bit worried about sudden moves and loud noises.
