About Mango

Available for Adoption: Mango! Hi there! My name is Mango and I was found as a stray recently in Charlotte, North Carolina. I was able to see a vet while I was with my temporary friends, and it was noticed that I have a slight heart murmur. The vet estimates me to be between 10 and 12 years old and says I'm a little bit chunky and need to go on a diet and lots of long walks with my new family. I am a sweet guy, I love on everyone, and I want to spend moments in your lap. I have received vaccines, am heratworm negative, and have received my senior blood work and radiographs for coughing. I will have a follow up vet visit to discuss a future dental and medications I've been given to help my cough. In the interim, I will be looking for my forever home, so let us know if you want to meet up for a hello! I am currently temporarily being fostered in Greenville, SC and will be moving to Wilmington NC for my dental. I am still looking for a permanent foster home.
