Chloe is an 8-year cattle dog who would do best as an only animal. She is all about her person and does not like to share your attention with other animals. She is Velcro to you at all times, likes riding in vehicle and has discovered drive throughs have food. She is very yippy and will tell you her opinion about activities. I got her in December and have tried to make her part of the family, but it has not worked out. I have two other cattle dogs who she totally ignores. She has a tendency to try to herd the horses while I am feeding them in their stalls, and I am afraid someone may get hurt. She always wants your attention. When I am walking on my property she is constantly in motion and must walk 5 times as much as me! She is not interested in toys, nor does she chew, and can tell you where the cookie jar is located. She is housebroken and last seen a vet in January and is up to date on shots. She is micro-chipped. She stays in the yard even though it is not fenced for dogs. She feels she is allergic to water, she is not thrilled with baths, getting in water, or going to the bathroom in the rain, but will get totally muddy when I'm feeding horses. She is a herding dog and does nip particularly when I am playing rough with her. She will nip at me to herd me also. She will get on the couch or bed if you invite her, otherwise she stays off the furniture. I hate getting rid of her, but she just doesn't fit here. She would do best with someone who can spend more time with her than I can give her. If you feel you could be the person for her, please contact us to meet her.
