Dottie is so little and delicate, she is like an angel and I could very easily foster fail this sweet 3 month old puppy. She is a chihuahua terrier mix. Dottie needs a calm home environment where people are aware of her little body. She loves to cuddle in your arms and also loves to play with small friendly dogs. She is smaller then the cats and is loving to them too. We are working on potty training and you will need to continue.
