Very sweet boy who was owner surrendered. Hart was surrendered to us on 2/21/23 due to his owner no longer being able to care for him. Hart tested well with other dogs here and is very friendly with people. He is missing fur around his neck and has some localized alopecia through out his fur. We are a hoping he can be saved. . Hart is a 1 year old male pit bull that weighs approximately 45lbs. if you would like to help a very sweet boy please fill out the application. He doesn't have a lot of time
