Meet Hank! This sweet boy was brought to the shelter with a collar that was way too tight and started to grow into him. Hank is about 7 month old and an absolute sweetheart! He loves to play with other dogs and they help him come out of his shell quicker. He is very affectionate and sweet. He definitely had a rough life and deserves a second chance.
