About ZEUSHI

Available NY,NJ,CT,PA,DC,MD,DE,NH,RI,LI,MA,VT,ME Zeushi's home and family are gone and he's super sad and a little angry and he's not afraid to show it. He's not eating, he's not interacting and he's sitting at the back of his kennel letting everyone know he doesn't want to be bothered. Zeushi doesn't know his family isn't coming back for him but he'll slowly start to figure it out and forget all about them if he can find the perfect person, someone who loves a handsome Black Lab (mix), understands what its like to be heartbroken and badly in need of a pick-me-up. Zeushi originally lived with two adults and was known to warm up to visiting kids on his terms. Once he was warmed up it was time to play and socialize. He enjoys the company of other dogs and doesn't even mind hanging out with a cat or two. Zeushi's catching a bad rap because he's annoyed with the bad choices his former family has made, selfish choices that could get him killed, but we're hopeful that someone will come along in a timely manner and snatch Zeushi up and give him the space and time needed for thorough decompression, with a healthy heaping dose of love, patience and understanding.
