Sweet, loving, active and playful. He has a very happy-go-lucky personality. He can sit & lay down on command. Loves his toys. The Breed: Familiarize yourself with the French Bulldog. Click here. French Bulldog. They can be expensive to own and are a brachycephalic breed. They are lap dogs who are heat intolerant and can have breathing issues if you over exercise them. They are high maintenance dogs which is why there are so many in the shelters & in rescue. They require facial fold cleaning, butt wiping, ear cleaning, skin maintenance during the hot, allergy, summer months, & they make a mess when they drink. Know what you are adopting. What we know: George was owner surrendered after being handed off a few times. He is a beautiful little compact, chunky Frenchie. A sweet, social butterfly. Georgie is a funny little character, a clown. George will bond quickly with his person and should transition back into a home environment quite easily. He loves his toys and has playful energy. He is a darling, snuggly, and a happy little fellow. He needs a house with a yard. There is nothing wrong with him. He is just looking for an owner that is familiar with the Frenchie breed and all the maintenance that comes along with it. Medical: healthy, vaccinated, neutered, microchipped.
