About Mateo

Foster or Adopter wanted! Who will be the lucky person to take this beautiful, young shepherd home? Mateo is under a year old, medium sized at about 50 pounds, and has a calm, friendly demeanor. He is good with other dogs; cats unknown. He is spending time in a kennel environment and we would love to get him out and into a home asap! Mateo is very friendly with humans and seems to know some basic commands. He was an unclaimed stray, so kennel staff are still learning about him. Mateo was charming and well behaved for pictures. I just loved his personality. He seems to be intelligent and a quick learner. His adoption fee is waived to an approved adopter with a donation! Mateo is neutered, up to date on vaccines, heartworm negative, and microchipped.
