About Shadow

Shadow is a 5 y/o male, black German Shepherd and weighs about 90lbs. He is current on all vaccinations, heartworm negative but has not been neutered. Shadow has been to formal obedience training and knows his basic commands. He is fun loving and enjoys any and all activities as long as it's with you. He was raised along side another dog, chickens, and kids and has been to the dog park and has gotten along fine with other animals. He will chase small animals out doors such as squirrels, rabbits, or stray cats. His current owner is looking to rehome him after an incident where he bit a relative who attempted to enter the home along with a stranger when the family was away. Clearly a 'justifiable' bite, but we are recommending a home with no small children or animals. Full details of the incident will be made available to serious applicants on request. Owner willing to answer any/all questions ! Likes: catch, fetch, walking, swimming, kayaks, brushing/grooming( he'll be very vocal but he's loving it) Dislikes: he does not like strangers faces near his, when he has warmed up if he wants to be that close he will initiate.
